BoxOfficeMe.com: A fully integrated web-based ticketing system that allows customers to purchase tickets and book individual seats online. It has successfully served for concerts, sports, theatre and cultural events at venues around the Gulf region, with over 100,000 tickets sold for 162 events since 2004.

Challenge

In April 2011 BoxOfficeMe.com underwent a change in ownership. The client wanted to develop a credible brand marque to reflect this change, as well as a new website interface that would effectively serve a wide range of audiences and be instantly distinguishable in the crowded events market. 

Solution

We created a bespoke typographic word marque that portrays bold but friendly and approachable qualities, endearing the brand to potential customers, and developed the accompanying highly-praised website interface that improved the user experience and reflected the new brand values. We also provided BoxOfficeMe.com with supportive communication materials such as corporate stationary and digital brand guidelines, enabling the brand to be expanded in a controlled and cost effective manner.
